man this lady put in the work.
she strarted by joini9ng my xl squad and damn like many she moaned at every exercise i gave her, squats no i can't do squats lol, wall press up, no lol and it didn't stop for months but once she started making some change and losing weight , she changed her mindet, we smashed off 38 kgs before she dicided she wanted to get the gastric sleeve, i told her we are already doing well but if you wan to i'll support you,
she got it, and many think its simple and you wake up tomorrow and your weghts all gone, nope its a process. still have to figure out food after your done, and keep it off which many don't.
this ladies mindset was the biggest change i saw, went from 'i can't' to showing others they can. was a pleasure to train you matey and proud of how far you went.
x silver fern
man this was an awesome transformation for me, being able to train a silver fern and get her back onto the court to play for the wellington pulse.
cat came to me wanting to shred some weight, get fit and get back into the top grade.
she had been overseas in italy and needed help getting that fitness sorted. she was already fit but i didn't tell her that. we made goals, worked hard 3 plus times a week and got the results we were after. signing with the pulse and then moving to australia and then england to play in there comps.
this lady definately new how to put in the work, and everything i threw at her, she would smash it and then come back the next day for more. she's not only a superstar but a friend and i'm so thankful she asked me to help her make changes. thanks catty, i always believed in you.... letzgo

what an amazing change from only 11 months ago, that's right it hasn't even been a year yet and lee has smashed off 70 kgs.
lee has been attending my lincoln road camps and on day one could not lunge. so we worked on sqaut's and getting movement in his legs. He also was able to get the gastric sleeve, which takes around 8-10 kgs off, but you still have to do all the work.
11 months later and he can lunge, run, bear crawl, you name it he's probably given it a go.
lee wanted change and he worked hard on it, following my nutrition plans, turning up to camps and giving it his best every night. see it's about doing what you can and everyday getting better, and when you achieve all your small goals along the way you'll achieve big goals.
by the way we aren't done yet, see you at 100 brother letzgo...

when you first turned up you could barely move, your breathing was terrible, you struggled on nearly every exercise but you gave it a shot every day and you got better and better. you went from breathig so hard you had to stop on a 3km walk to turning up to class after a 8 km run, you put in the mahi and damn look at you now, so damn proud, tumeke ...

toni has been training with me at my milford camps and is one of my fittest. she turns up, kicks butt and smashes the gym in the evenings.
this year she attended the water skiing world cup in malaysia and equaled her p.b.
she has done our keepa team and her family proud by giving it her all and repping her country with pride.

Carissa Jones, mother of 3, has changed her life.

Carissa did a mixture of the Milford 12 week challenge and also the 8 week online challenge at the same time to get maximum results.
