GUIDELINES

 

WITH ANY TRAINING WITH KEEPA

 

- THESE ARE PAID FOR CONCECUTIVE WEEKS NOT A TRAINING HERE AND THERE

- THIS IS DESIGNED SO YOU TURN UP WEEKLY TO GET YOUR RESULTS

- NO MONEY IS OWED ONCE STARTING

- IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE THERE IS NO MONEY RETURNED

- IF YOU DO GET SICK FOR A NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF WEEKS I WILL JUDGE AT THE TIME WEATHER YOU CAN

  ADD ON THE EXTRA WEEKS AT A LATER TIME

- MY RESULTS WORK WHEN STICKING TO THE PROGRAM

- I DO NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES

- IF YOU GET INJURED I WILL COUNT HOW LONG YOU HAVE LEFT AND GIVE YOU THAT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE NEXT SEASON

- YOUR CHALLENGE CAN NOT BE PASSED TO ANOTHER

- IF YOU GO ON HOLIDAY LET ME KNOW EARLY AND I WILL HOLD YOUR WEEKS BACK

- IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR THE TRAINING SESIONS WEEKLY, THAT IS YOUR CHOICE AND NO EXTRA TRAININGS ARE ADDED ON

- IF YOU CAN NOT DO ANY EXERCISE DUE TO PAIN OR TO COMPLICATED PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN GIVE YOU ANOTHER OPTION

- MY GOAL IS TO HELP YOU

- DRINK WATER EVERY DAY (2 LITRES MIMIMUM)

- TRAININGS ARE SCHEDULED FOR YOU ONCE SIGNING UP

- RESULTS WILL COME SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING THE PROGRAM

- THE HARDER YOU WORK THE BETTER THE RESULTS

- I CAN'T MAKE YOU TRAIN, FIRST YOU MUST TURN UP AND WANT IT

- PHOTOS AND VIDEOS CAN BE TAKEN AT ANYTIME OF TRAINING AND USED FOR SOCIAL MEDIA USE

AND MOTIVATIONAL PROMOTIONS

- IF YOU DO NOT LIKE ANY OF THE PHOTOS THAT ARE OF YOU ONCE ON FACEBOOK YOU CAN TEXT OR EMAIL ME AND I WILL HAPPILY TAKE THEM DOWN

- I WILL NOT POST ANY PHOTOS WITH YOUR SHIRTS OFF OR ANY OTHER CLOTHING UNLESS AUTHORISED BY YOU

- AT TRAINING YOU MUST ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SINGLET OR HOODIE

IF YOU ARE TRAINING ONE ON ONE AND YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR TRAINING AND YOU DO NOT SHOW, YOU MUST PAY FULL AMOUNT FOR THAT TRAINING

- IF YOU CAN'T MAKE ONE ON ONE TRAINING YOU MUST GIVE ME 8 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLING

- IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY AT ANY TIME YOU MUST NOTIFY YOUR TRAINER

- AT ANY STAGE IF YOU CAUSE ANY TROUBLE WITHIN THE GROUP, AT ANY STAGE I AM ABLE TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME OR FOR GOOD WITHOUT PAYMENT FOR REMAINING TRAINING

- NO DRUGS ARE ALLOWED AT TRAINING

- IF YOU HAVE BEEN DRINKINIG ALCOHOL BEFORE TRAINING YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAIN

- IF WE TRAIN ON THE ROADS, LIKE ROAD RUNS OR BOOTCAMP, IT IS YOU WHO MUST BE SAFE WHEN CROSSING THE ROAD

- WHEN I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A TRAINING I WILL ADD ANOTHER SESION ON THE FOLLOWING WEEK

- PLEASE TURN UP ON TIME

- PROPER TRAINING FOOTWEAR AND TRAINING GEAR MUST BE WARN

- IF YOU FEEL DIZZY AT ANYTIME LET ME KNOW

- ALWAYS BRING WATER

- IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION YOU MUST LET ME KNOW

 

 

WITH ANY OF THESE GUIDELINES, I HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR TRAINING GUIEDES AS I AM HERE TO PUSH YOU TO YOUR GOALS.  WE WILL WORK HARD TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

I AM HERE TO HELP AND  WILL ALWAYS LOOK AT THE SITUATION AND DO MY BEST TO GET YOU TO THE END AND FURTHER.  BY JOINING THE GROUP YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE CONDITIONS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO SHOWING YOU THE PATH TO A HEALTHIER YOU.
